of the necessary documents for income tax advising, consulting,
website contents, and strategy and marketing reports are ensured
total confidentiality. Your privacy is also strengthen by Quebec's
Law on the Ministry of Income.
We also take reasonable steps to maintain the security of our customers'
information. NONE of our customer income tax information are stored in
the website of VAN Financial Solutions. We make TWO copies of your
forms, which one is sent to Revenu du Quebec, and the other,
given back to you. We DO NOT keep any database of past forms, in the
exception of our customer's contact information.
